We have extensive experience performing the role of Main Contractor under the CDM regulations 2007 and have expertise in undertaking the decommissioning of redundant petrol service station sites to the satisfaction of the local Petroleum Officer, HSE, Local Environmental Health Officers, and the Environment Agency along with Swans own environmental policy statement.

Swan Environmental Service’s dedicated Health and Safety NEBOSH certified manager and engineering staff ensure that all projects are completed safely and in full compliance with all current health and safety regulations and in accordance with our own Health and Safety Policy.
Detailed site specific Risk assessments, Method statements, COSSH assessments and Noise/Vibration assessments are prepared for every on-site operation. Toolbox talks are carried out on a regular basis on every contract and we hold regular health and safety consultations with our staff to develop and encourage a positive attitude towards health and safety.
All of our employees have the relevant safety certificates, are CSCS card holders and have attended health & safety awareness courses. They also have UKPIA safety passports, and all construction plant operators have the CITB certification.
